Phase 2 – Is about defining the strategy collectively, whether that be creative, communications, marketing, digital, brand or social. This is then documented in a strategy with KPI’s.

Design
Phase 3 – Begins developing the identity of all customer facing content & communication, based on the first research from discovery and definition and the channels it will be distributed on.

Deliver
Phase 4 – Focuses on delivery & execution of activities set out in the definition stage, to ensure a single-minded strategy is applied to all suitable touch-points with maximum effect.

Data
Phase 5 – The final stage of the process is the collection, analysis and presentation of data uncovered, allowing it to be tested and reviewed in order to learn and improve the strategy.
